Saphire Routes

Accessibility Statement

Our approach to making Saphire Routes and AccessAir easier to use.

Last reviewed: August 17, 2026

Current status: The site is designed toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA practices, but Saphire Routes does not claim independent accessibility certification or full conformance until formal audit and assistive-technology testing are completed.

Our approach

AccessAir is the accessibility service within Saphire Routes. The website uses Atkinson Hyperlegible for body text, visible keyboard focus, strong contrast, labeled form controls, reduced-motion support, larger-text controls and optional browser-based read-aloud support.

Travel assistance

Travelers can identify mobility, visual, hearing, communication, cognitive, medical-device, service-animal and other assistance needs during the trip-planning process. A submitted request is not represented as provider-confirmed until the relevant supplier acknowledges or confirms it.

Known limitations

Third-party travel, payment, map, media or supplier tools may have accessibility behavior outside our direct control. Future live booking integrations should be tested across the complete customer journey before release.

Feedback and support

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need help completing a travel request, contact info@saphireroutes.com or call 512-615-4969. Please describe the page or step where you had difficulty and the format or method that works better for you.

Testing roadmap

Production release testing should include keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom, high-contrast modes and common screen readers across booking, traveler details, assistance selection, payment, confirmation and booking-management states.
