Refund & Cancellation Policy

Supplier rules apply

Airline tickets, hotel reservations and other travel products can have different cancellation, exchange, credit and refund rules. The applicable supplier and fare rules determine whether a booking is refundable or changeable.

Before purchase

Review the fare conditions, traveler names, dates, routing and any agency fees before authorizing payment. Ask us if a rule is unclear.

Requesting a cancellation

Contact Saphire Routes as soon as possible at 512-615-4969 or info@saphireroutes.com. A request is not complete until the applicable booking has actually been cancelled with the supplier.

Refund timing

When a refund is permitted, processing time depends on the supplier, payment method and financial institution. We will communicate the known status rather than promise a fixed completion date that is outside our control.

Disruptions

If a carrier changes or cancels a flight, available remedies depend on the carrier policy, ticket rules and applicable law.
