Saphire Routes primarily provides travel services and electronic booking documents. There is normally no physical shipment associated with a flight, hotel or travel reservation.

Electronic delivery

Booking confirmations, itinerary information and related documents may be delivered electronically to the email address or contact method provided by the traveler.

Physical documents

If a specific product or service ever requires physical delivery, the delivery method, cost and expected timing will be disclosed before that service is purchased.
